Oneatha Swinton has spent over 20 years as an educator and an instructional leader in NYC public schools. Throughout her time as an educator, she infused her passion for art and design in to the classrooms she taught in and schools she led as a high school principal. A trip to Ghana in 2019 changed the course of her life and upon her return ObyDezign was birthed.

ObyDezign provides superior style and craftsmanship in clothing and accessories while paying homage to the cultural richness of the diaspora through the lens of a New York City native. We are your home for #Afropolitancouture.
